WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Greece onsite. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email and chat, assist customers with platform questions, and document interactions in CRM.

The role includes fully paid training, relocation support, and a dynamic multicultural environment for career growth. The position offers 5 days per week with rotating shifts and requires Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+)

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 and English – B2+ required for training and communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
• Customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• EU flight ticket

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
