Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to keep precise records.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service quality and share knowledge.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve service skills.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or tech‑related context.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
