Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries regarding tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian
  • Provide information on product specifications, features, and support options
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide step‑by‑step guidance
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective resolution of complex issues
  • Stay informed about the latest tech developments and product releases to assist customers accurately
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the tech industry
