  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services
  • Assist customers with account management, order placements, and issue resolution efficiently and courteously
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Stay informed about product details, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively assist customers
  • Adapt to a multicultural workplace and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements
