We are seeking a multilingual Customer Service Advisor for an on-site role in Athens, with relocation support for Italian-speaking candidates. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.
You'll communicate confidently in Italian and English day to day and join a supportive, multicultural team with structured onboarding and clear opportunities to grow.
Competenze
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not essential; full training is provided.
- Able to communicate clearly in Italian; comfortable using English daily.
