Position Details
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work model: On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
- Relocation Support: International candidates receive relocation assistance (flight reimbursement), accommodation options, and a signing bonus between €1,000 and €2,000 depending on project and start date
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail and phone calls.

- Italian C2 level
- English B2 level
- Customer‑centric or sales attitude
