Position Details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
• Relocation Support: International candidates receive relocation assistance (flight reimbursement), accommodation options, and a signing bonus between €1,000 and €2,000 depending on project and start date

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team as an Italian‑speaking Customer Care Advisor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian‑speaking customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail and phone calls.

Requirements

• Italian C2 level
• English B2 level
• Customer‑centric or sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Adaptability and comfort with multitasking in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills
