CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian Sales Specialist w/ Relocation Support to drive growth in the Italian market from Lisbon on-site. The role requires fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2), engaging customers, assessing needs, and presenting solutions.

You will participate in comprehensive sales training and work full-time across rotating shifts. You will manage the sales pipeline, hit targets, and build lasting relationships through proactive follow-up.

We are looking for a B2C Sales Specialist, focused on the Italian market. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet those needs. You will help drive growth by providing excellent service and sales expertise.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers and identifying their product needs.
• Managing the sales pipeline and meeting sales targets.
• Building long-term customer relationships through excellent follow-up service.

The position offers comprehensive sales training to equip you with the tools needed to excel. You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with a Portuguese employment contract and holiday bonuses.
