• Fluency in Italian at C2 level and English at B2 level are required.
• Phone-based sales experience is preferred.
• Relocation to Portugal is offered and supported.

• Handle inbound calls and identify customer needs to close sales.
• Present product offers and resolve customer inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
