CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for Social Media to assist clients with advertising inquiries and ensure a seamless experience on our platform. The role is based in Lisbon, on-site, with full-time hours.

You will answer questions, set up and manage campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance to optimize performance. The position includes training and a rotating shift around 40 hours per week, with holiday bonuses under a Portuguese contract.

Competenze

• Italian C2 and English B2 language requirements.
• Experience in customer support or social media platforms preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and rotate shifts.
