Bachecalavoro cerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli fluentemente italiano per supportare clienti in un contesto internazionale a Lisbona. Verrà introdotto in un programma di formazione completo e entrerà a far parte di un team multiculturale.

Il ruolo prevede contatto con i clienti, risoluzione di problemi e assistenza di alta qualità, con pacchetto relocazione completo e possibilità di sviluppo di carriera.

Competenze

• Madrelingua o livello C1 in italiano.
• Buone capacità comunicative in inglese.
• Disponibilità a trasferirsi a Lisbona per lavoro (relocation).

Mansioni

• Essere il primo punto di contatto per i clienti italiani e internazionali.
• Gestire richieste ed escalation, fornire assistenza puntuale.
• Collaborare con team internazionali in un ambiente dinamico.
