You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian, with training provided from day one and a competitive base salary plus a performance bonus. No prior experience required; join a fast-paced, global team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) expected.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian).
• Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
