Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers of a global logistics provider

Assist with tracking inquiries delivery updates and service-related questions

Handle communication via phone email and chat

Follow operational guidelines and performance standards

Candidate Profile

Native / Fluent Italian good level of English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused and reliable

EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit

Ability to start on 16 December 2025
