• Ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage orders using CRM tools

Who We Are Looking For

• Italian: Native, English: B2+
• Tech-savvy and customer-focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service / sales experience preferred
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, MonSat (08:00-19:00); 2 days off
