Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries about home appliances via phone, email, and chat with precision and professionalism.
  • Provide helpful, accurate, and timely product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, product recommendations, and order management.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, ensuring customers receive the best service possible.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Fluent proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) (both spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on making every interaction positive.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the Home Appliances industry, is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a solution‑focused mindset.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
  • Transport allowance provided monthly.
  • Meal allowance available daily.
  • Health insurance from day one (small monthly contribution; free after 6 months of contract).
Relocation Support
  • Airfare reimbursement
  • Accommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent at 280 euros per month (all utilities included). Rent is conveniently deducted directly from your pay slip.
