SkillMatch Solutions is hiring an Italian Content Moderator to Porto, Portugal, with relocation included. This full-time, on-site role requires rotating 24/7 shifts to ensure coverage and quick responses.

Salary comprises 1,000 EUR base per month, 200 EUR monthly language bonus, and 1,837 EUR yearly meal allowance, totaling 18,237 EUR gross annually; airfare and 12 months' shared accommodation are provided.

Qualifications

• Italian (C1) and English (B2) written and spoken proficiency.
• Strong computer navigation and PC skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules.
• Preferred: Associate degree and 6–12 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Review online videos, social content, and user complaints for copyright and guidelines.
• Monitor and update platform content to meet client standards.
• Audit and moderate uploads to meet contractual KPIs.
• Protect customer data and comply with regulatory processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
