ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE

As a IT support technician in our Warehouse IT in Nogarole Rocca, you are the first contact person for 1st and 2nd level support and monitor our network structure.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for workplace systems (Windows) and production sites (Linux);
• Troubleshooting in desktop, printer and mobile area;
• Setup and upgrading of workplaces and infrastructure;
• Monitoring of network infrastructures (hardware, TCP/IP, router, Wi-Fi);
• Fault analysis in WAN and LAN using appropriate network protocols.

You have previous professional experience in 1st and 2nd level of support (experience in IT logistics field will be an advantage)

You have a solid network knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WI-FI)

You have knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Mail Transport, FTP, SSH will be an advantage

You have completed education in IT field

You bring some experience in handling Linux systems

You bring experience in the field of data protection and data security

You are able to communicate fluently in English and Italian languages

You are willing to work in shifts and onsite
