The candidate will be part of the team Managed IT Services. Managed IT Service is the GOSP Unit referring to LCTO Italy Division that is committed mainly to operate the IT infrastructure of some very critical applications related to Financial Asset Management like Simcorp, DataHub and Swift. The Managed IT Service team is at the edge between Customers, GOSP’s technical teams and vendors’ supporting people. It operates the IT resources of Financial applications providing a tailored and client‑oriented operating model, competitive with the market both on quality and efficiency.
The candidate actively collaborates with the Managed IT Service members and other GOSP technical teams on both daily operational and periodic activities related to the Services operations, Projects coordination and Demands development.
Daily operations of the IT resources with focus on health check, incident and problem solving within strong committed SLAs, in a joint effort with Managed IT Service team members and other GOSP technical units.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Monitor the performances and the capacity of the infrastructure, collect monthly measures and develop related status reports and trend estimates.
Support the troubleshooting of application incidents and problems, managing the relationship between the Customer’s teams and GOSP regarding evolutions and defect resolution.
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
Uphold IT teams in the design and implementation of solutions to meet business requirements; monitor and follow up day‑by‑day project tasks; prepare reports on project progress.
Coordinate the activities to develop the Statement of Work for new projects, assessments and opportunities.
Propose possible enhancements and analyze further business opportunities.
