You will ensure the reliable operation of technology infrastructure and provide technical support. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent leadership, and over 3 years of experience in IT support. Overall Job Purpose

The IT Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT department's staff, systems, and projects. This role ensures the reliable operation of all technology infrastructure, provides effective technical support to the organization, and helps implement IT strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong technical proficiency across various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), network topologies, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and balance multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a strong asset.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.

  • Manage the service/help desk function, serving as a primary escalation point for complex or critical technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Plan and coordinate system upgrades, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery testing.
