Do Work That Matters - Your Role and Responsibilities

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. Join Nolan Norton, an IT Strategy firm within the KPMG Network, supporting organizations in digital transformation and IT architecture. You will be part of the Rome-based CIO Advisory Team, experts in data management architectures, supporting CIOs in their digital evolution from strategy to execution, across various markets including financial services, energy, public sector, and consumer and industrial sectors.

You will work on innovative technologies and challenging projects, mainly focusing on:

• ICT Strategy: Developing innovative technology strategies and operating models;
• ICT Architecture: Implementing state-of-the-art solutions for applications, infrastructure, and TLC;
• Data Management: Identifying and designing optimal data management solutions;
• ICT Planning & Budgeting: Assisting in prioritizing and planning technology investments;
• Strategic Sourcing: Managing governance and supporting supplier selection;
• ICT Governance and Organization: Structuring ICT resources effectively;
• ICT Cost Optimization: Evaluating and advising on ICT spending and resources.

Your Skills and Characteristics - Come As You Are

• Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific disciplines;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in consulting or large ICT companies;
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level);
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
• Experience in IT process design based on market best practices;
• Knowledge of IT Governance tools;
• Certifications such as Prince2, ITIL v4, TOGAF v9, Scrum, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent are preferred.
