IT Specialist – Infrastructures and Operations

Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions,Prometeia is looking for an IT specialist to join its Infrastructure & Operations (IT I&O) team.

The IT I&O team ensures the governance, management and evolution of corporate IT infrastructures, both on‑premises and on‑cloud, and also covers aspects related to IT infrastructure monitoring and automation processes. We work closely with different business areas to ensure business continuity, efficiency and optimization of technology resources and to support clients in the banking sector both in domestic and international markets (EMEA area).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected resource will actively contribute to :

• Operations & Monitoring : evolution, maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, both in Prometeia data centers and on cloud environments in ERM perimeter.


• Project Support & Presales : working with the commercial team to define technical solutions and infrastructure effort estimates.


• Monitoring of infrastructure services and costs, with a focus on the Cloud SaaS perimeter


• Training and development : participation in the growth path of IT resources through training and knowledge sharing activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or STEM or similar professional experience.


• At least 3‑4 years of experience in IT Operations, managing on‑premises and / or cloud infrastructure.


• Knowledge of cloud environments (mainly Azure) and monitoring tools.


• Experience in IT infrastructure automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.


• Experience with containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.


• Knowledge of MSSQL Server.


• Aptitude for problem‑solving and teamwork.


• Good knowledge of technical English.
