A global FMCG company located in Alba, Italy, is seeking an IT Accounting Solution Designer with expertise in Oracle EPM. This role involves designing and maintaining IT applications, supporting various projects, and collaborating with teams to improve processes. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in fast-paced international environments. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are required.

Overview

Job Location: Alba

About the Role: We are currently looking for an IT accounting Solution Designer and Testing (Oracle EPM) who will be part of IT Finance Center of Expertise Team located in Alba and will report to the IT Planning and Consolidation manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and support Oracle EPM (PBCS, TRCS, FCC, Free Form, Narrative, EPBCS) that meet Business Requirements, managing the application lifecycle from implementation up to retirement. Guarantee IT applications are aligned with Ferrero’s business strategy and ensure quality of delivery.
• Be responsible for the 3rd level ticket support related to Oracle Cloud platform ensuring timely communication and resolution of support tickets and related project work.
• Through proactive monitoring or during testing phase, identify and fix potential IT defects and evaluate IT Enhancement/Improvement requests in Oracle Cloud Platform applications.
• Provide expertise and guidance to external resources, assign capabilities, and collaborate with other IT teams in cross initiatives/projects/run activities.
• Dedicate support during month/year-end closure and during recurring planning cycle for budget/forecast process.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management with at least 3 years of experience in international companies in FMCG or retail with central HQ / Service company.
• Knowledge of the controlling and consolidation finance process.
• Professional with strong experience in Oracle EPM, in particular in PBCS.
• Experience with HFM is a plus. Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and knowledge in interface connection systems are also a plus.
• You describe yourself as proactive and a team player, able to organize and meet deadlines, with good communication skills and proficiency in English. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
