IT Service Continuity Specialist
We are looking for an IT Service Continuity Specialist, a crucial role dedicated to ensuring the resilience of our IT services in alignment with business continuity objectives. Join a dynamic team within the IT Risk and Strategy Office, part of the Retained IT Department at Allianz S.p.A. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the overall IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) by ensuring that critical IT technical and service capabilities can be restored within agreed business timescales and in line with the Business Requirements. The role involves designing, maintaining, and continuously improving the IT Service Continuity Management framework, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify recovery requirements, assess risks to service availability, and implement effective continuity strategies in accordance with Group requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute to reinforce the governance around IT continuity, ensuring that recovery plans are tested and that the Business requirement in term of availability of the services is maintained.
