Hti Group è alla ricerca di un IT Security Manager per guidare la governance, i rischi e la conformità IT, e garantire processi sicuri e pronti per il futuro. La posizione supervisoryizza la gestione delle vulnerabilità e l’adesione al principio di Security by Design, collaborando strettamente con i reparti di business.

La funzione rientra nel contratto a tempo pieno in Italia; la remunerazione prevista dipende da qualifiche ed esperienza.

Descrizione Lavoro - IT Security Manager

You play a key role in advancing our IT security and ensuring secure, future-ready processes and structures. Your focus is on governance, risk and compliance, as well as ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You oversee vulnerability management by prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk and ensuring their timely and effective remediation. You support new IT and cloud projects in line with the “Security by Design” principle and work closely with business departments throughout the process. In addition, you coordinate security initiatives and support IT service management in all relevant information security matters.

You bring experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure, software development, IT security, or information security management. You also stand out through your integrity and teamwork skills.

Within our company, this position falls under the national collective agreement of the metalworking industry (CNEL code: C011) at level B1. The actual compensation is determined by your qualifications and professional experience. Additional salary components, variable bonuses and benefits increase your total compensation in line with market standards.
