YellowSquare is looking for a key team member who can assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. As a Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations
- Coordinate shifts, schedules, and workflows
- Monitor service standards and help resolve guest issues
- Support the Square Manager across departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance
- Assist with admin, reporting, inventory, and local compliance
Requirements
5+ years of experience in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role
Preferred Qualifications
- Reception/front-desk exposure – you’ll work closely with Reception on guest flow, check-ins, and service coordination
- Solid F&B and bartending proficiency – drinks prep, speed & quality, service standards, hygiene
- Fluency in English & Italian (other languages are a plus)
- Confidence with digital tools, booking/PMS systems, and hospitality tech
- Hostel experience is a plus

HR Business Partner – Manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Support the HR responsible for the functions to implement and guide all the main HR processes, the implementation of the People Agenda and drive an active contribution towards reaching the goal.
- Be the leader in guiding all day-by-day operations in both functions.
- Collaborate with the Central HR Coe and HR Operations.
- Provide advisory to business line managers in a timely planning and execution of main People Management processes (e.g. Performance Management, Compensation Review, Engagement).
- Effectively communicate with employees on main relevant topics regarding work-life balance, HR processes, main organizational changes, etc., regarding their own organization.
- Autonomously and effectively drive some of the main streams in the Italy Market such as Internal Communication, Recruitment, Engagement projects.
- Master's degree studies in Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, Specialization in HR Management or having completed HR related courses would be considered a plus.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a plant (industrial setting) or as a business HR.
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google suite, in particular Excel and Power Point.
