Role:

We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within an enterprise environment, preferably in multinational companies.

You will be directly onsite with our customers, handling incoming tickets from users:

  • Setting up PC workplaces
  • Performing installations, migrations, and rollouts
  • Managing user accounts via Active Directory
  • Providing user support for MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
  • Managing stock and asset inventory
  • Supporting meeting and conference rooms
  • Providing smart hand support for server and network devices

You will assist users with creative solutions and a service‑oriented approach.

Location: Monteriggioni (Siena - fully onsite)

Employment: Part‑time job (2 days/week), 1‑year fixed‑term contract with potential for permanence

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of IT experience (or equivalent) in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Experience Level 2 Support in large enterprise companies
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
