Alpinestars is seeking an IT Microsoft Dynamics 365 Owner to join the IT Team and support the design, implementation, and governance of the new ERP.

You will own the ERP roadmap, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and act as single point of accountability for ERP design, delivery, and improvement.

Competenze

• 5+ years in ERP implementation or solution ownership.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Position

Alpinestars is seeking an IT Microsoft Dynamics 365 Owner to join the IT Team and support the design, implementation, and governance of the new ERP.

Responsibilities:

• You will own the ERP roadmap, aligned with business and IT strategy.
• You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and configure Dynamics 365 F&O.
• You will also act as single point of accountability for ERP design, delivery, and improvement.
• You will be in charge of defining ERP governance, standards, and best practices.
• You will ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance.
• You will identify process bottlenecks and drive automation.
• You will provide support, manage incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• You will also coordinate UAT, upgrades, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Moreover, you will oversee data quality, documentation, and user training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Dynamics 365 ERP experience (F&O).
• 5+ years in ERP implementation or solution ownership.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience in global/multi-company environments. xysqume
• Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies.
