This role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with MS Windows and Office. Responsibilities include fault resolution, maintaining customer communication, and managing service requests through ServiceNow. An excellent command of English is required, along with a willingness to travel across Europe.
