The role requires solid experience in HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, or Workday, with a focus on configuration, technical support, and collaboration with HR. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and strong English and Italian communication skills, along with flexibility for travel.

To strengthen our ICT department, we're looking for an IT professional with solid experience in HR systems, ready to support the implementation, configuration, and management of digital solutions for the Human Resources function. You\'ll work closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure process efficiency and system evolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday)
• Collaborate with HR to gather requirements and translate them into IT solutions
• Configure, test, and implement new features and modules
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support HR digitalization and transformation projects

Technical Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT roles related to HR systems
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday
• Ability to analyze HR processes and translate them into tech solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Italian and English proficiency
