A leading company in healthcare technology is seeking an IT Service Desk Partner in Milan. The role involves providing IT support to users across three countries, managing requests, and proposing improvements. In order to give the best experience to Doctolibers and to respond to the growth of Doctolib, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Partner (x/f/m).
On a daily basis, you will have to receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents coming from Doctolibers working in the 3 countries in which Doctolib is established today (Germany, France, Italy).
