Generali Italia SpA is seeking an IT & Operations Audit professional to oversee audit activities across digital technologies and operating models in Generali Investments Holding and international subsidiaries. The role provides independent assurance on IT controls, risk management, and resilience to support agility and innovation.

You will plan, execute, and report IT audits, assess controls, ensure regulatory compliance (DORA), collaborate with international teams, and contribute to risk

Competenze

• Master’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of IT Audit, IT Risk Management, IT Consulting, or related experience.
• Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
• Understanding IT risks and controls: cybersecurity, data governance, cloud, resilience.
• Knowledge of DORA and IT regulatory requirements for financial services.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, and document IT audit engagements across Group companies.
• Assess IT controls: access management, change management, cybersecurity, BC/DR, third-party vendor risk.
• Evaluate compliance with IT regulations including DORA.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to collect evidence.
• Prepare audit reports in English for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor remediation actions and track progress.
• Contribute to IT risk assessments and annual audit planning.
• Enhance audit methodologies with data analytics and emerging tech.
