Job Description:

The opportunity

As an IT Competency & Development Expert, you play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the IT People Strategy. Leveraging your hands‑on expertise in HR, Learning & Development, and organizational transformation, you support the IT organization in building future‑ready capabilities. You report to Global IT Organizational Development Manager and collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance skills, competencies, and culture across the global IT function.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Partner with the Global IT Organizational Development Manager to define and plan the IT People Strategy, ensuring alignment with the IT Strategy and Operating Model.

  • Contribute to the definition and tracking of organizational goals, targets, and KPIs related to IT people development.

  • Run or support key initiatives as a Project Manager or team member, covering areas such as skills and competence development, talent management and cultural transformation.

  • Manage external vendors delivering development & training services, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Support the definition, measurement, and continuous improvement of IT People Management and Development processes.

  • Assess people‑related data to generate insights and recommendations for strategic decision‑making.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to IT stakeholders at various levels.

  • Promote IT training curricula

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure cohesive execution of the IT People Strategy.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your background:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields.

  • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing and delivering competency & development projects, project management certification is a plus

  • Strong understanding of HR processes including workforce planning, employee lifecycle, competency frameworks, and training program management.

  • Experience working in an international, matrixed organization is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in Organizational Change Management; PROSCI certification is a plus.

  • Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Familiarity with problem‑solving methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Workday and LMS platforms is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); intermediate level or higher.

  • Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage.
