We are seeking a Functional/Business Analyst – Mid level – 4+ years of experience in Agile Environments & i Banking Products/Financial Services – who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (C1 or B2 – Upper Intermediate).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Science for Management or similar degrees.
• Being a digital passionate.

• Being a Strategic Thinker.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.
• Good to have: knowledge in Java and Azure.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance.
• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
