Job Description

As part of the ICT Business Solutions team, the IT Business Analyst will be involved in innovative technology projects at an international level, supporting requirements definition and the implementation of IT solutions.

Job Location: Buttrio (UD)

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of reference for business functions, analyzing processes and gathering requirements.
• Support the definition of project initiatives and contribute to ICT portfolio management.
• Participate in project planning and monitoring, assessing risks, costs, and benefits.
• Design and optimize business processes in collaboration with operational teams.
• Provide first-level support for implemented IT solutions.
• Coordinate external vendors and technical support teams.
• Manage project governance and related budgets.

Technical Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• English proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (ITIL, Prince2, PMI, Agile, Scrum
• Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Business Objects).
• Experience with ERP or enterprise platforms.
• Certifications in Project Management or Business Analysis.

Soft Skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented and able to prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
