A global industrial company based in Modena is seeking an IT support professional to manage hardware and software installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide user support for JDE. The ideal candidate should have good Italian and basic English skills along with a high school education and a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role. This position offers an opportunity to work with modern technology in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position.
• Willingness to learn new things, interest in modern technology.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and troubleshoot incoming employee calls for IT support.
• Install and configure hardware and software for devices.
• Provide first level support for JDE and manage company server room.

Conoscenze

Good Italian language skills

Basic English language skills

Basic knowledge of Windows server environment

Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop environments

Basic knowledge of processes in JDE

Formazione

High school education
