A leading financial services provider in Milan seeks a Director of Sales for ECS Italy to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships in the local market. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in capital markets or investor relations, is fluent in both English and Italian, and demonstrates outstanding communication skills. This role involves leading a sales team and managing a strong pipeline, all while ensuring the achievement of set revenue targets.
The European expansion of our Investor Relations & Communications business is a strategic pillar for the strategic plan. Already serving clients in France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Norway and Italy, the IR & Communications team accompany the European expansion of Corporate Solutions across Europe. The Italian business is managed locally, addressing a portfolio of 40+ existing listed companies.
As Director of Sales for ECS Italy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base among listed companies in the Italian market. You will lead the commercial promotion and delivery of Euronext Corporate Solutions’ suite of scalable, technology-driven investor relations, digital communications and capital markets solutions—including software platforms, market intelligence, advisory services, and analytics tools. Acting as a trusted commercial leader in the region, you will work closely with existing and prospective clients to support their journey on capital markets, helping them identify and engage with shareholders, collect investor perceptions, and work on their strategic positioning. You will actively build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensure consistent execution of sales strategies, and represent ECS within the local financial ecosystem. Your capacity to drive a trusted and impactful relationship with Euronext Primary Market teams (Equity Listing, Elite) in Italy will be a key factor for your success. Your objective will be to strengthen ECS’s presence in Italy, deliver measurable commercial impact, and achieve the annual revenue targets for the region.
