The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, particularly in the fashion industry. Ideal candidates will have a Law Degree and 8-10 years of relevant in-house experience, along with strong skills in contract negotiation and effective interpersonal communication.

Competenze

• 8/10 years in-house experience at an international company or law firm.
• Experience in drafting licensing and co-branding contracts.
• Knowledge of product laws is a plus.

Mansioni

• Draft and negotiate brand license and co-branding contracts.
• Support performance of existing contracts and provide legal advice.
• Manage the repository of documents and conduct comparative analysis.
