We are looking for an experienced and proactive Invoicing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing within complex organizational environments, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

What Will You Do:
  • Manage the complete invoicing process related to the different Logistics services offered to customers, ensuring compliance with tax legislation;
  • Create and maintain customer profiles, including tariff setup and contractual parameters based on inputs from Business Development.
  • Prepare and manage reports to ensure accurate invoice allocation and registration, liaising with the Controlling department for data alignment.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing invoicing processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within complex companies, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Master’s degree in Economics or related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
