Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success

We are looking for an Investment Production Engineer to join our Group Equipment Engineering & Investments team, based in Milan. Reporting to the Investments Director, key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the preparation and regular update of the group CapEx investments plan.
  • Actively participate in the approval process by verifying investment proposals for value proposition, budget, timeline, and technical accuracy.
  • Support the collection and preparation of all necessary documentation prior to the investments approval and maintain precise records of investments data post-approval.
  • Act as a point of reference for the collection and analysis of ESG investment requirements, as well as for gathering all necessary information for various ESG reports.
  • Work on the development and continuous improvement of Investment Management processes, policies, and systems.
  • Support internal and external audits of investments processes.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Engineering Background
  • Up to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, with a keen, hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
