A leading investment firm in Rome is seeking a Senior Associate / Investment Manager to lead financial analysis and due diligence for renewable projects. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of relevant experience in renewable energy and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include developing financial models, supporting deal execution, and preparing reports for senior management. Candidates must be fluent in Italian and English.

Competenze

We are partnering with a leading investment firm launching a new Independent Power Producer (IPP) focused on renewable projects across Italy. Due to the expansion of their renewable energy platform, they are seeking a Senior Associate / Investment Manager to join their Rome office.

Role

• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for renewable projects
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models alongside juniors
• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution for project acquisitions and development
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project performance and support portfolio management activities

The Individual
