Overview

Responsibilities
  • Experienced in all aspects of investment sourcing, analysis/selection, due diligence, negotiating deal terms, financial and impact return models, and investment recommendation generation for direct impact investments and portfolio management
  • Financial modelling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses, and market-specific analysis, including three-statement integrated models and valuation outputs/sensitivities
  • Work in a demanding environment while multi-tasking time-sensitive projects
  • Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative economic, industry and company research and analysis
  • Spearhead analysis of corporate finance transactions for strategic alternatives, optimal capital structure, acquisitions, mergers and equity/debt capital markets events
  • Attend client meetings, industry conferences, and external training sessions
  • Adhere to all compliance regulations and confidentiality policies
  • Contribute to ARCHIMED’s culture, and participate in recruiting, training and development efforts
  • Review past investment decisions and the thought process behind them
  • Compile advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds to enhance or diversify portfolios
Requirements
  • Experience in investment projects in healthcare/medical insurance/medical services or related sectors
  • Financial acumen with ability to model and analyze financial dynamics; provide accurate numerical analysis
  • Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex situations in clear terms, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work with others, inspire professionalism, value input, and solicit opinions
  • Positive, can-do attitude; capable of working independently and in teams
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong analytical skills
