Job summary

Kinship Ventures is seeking an Investment Analyst to support fundraising and capital formation as part of a venture platform backing high-growth founders. You will help prepare LP materials, track conversations, and draft communications that move raises forward while also contributing to research, market mapping, diligence and investment theses.

You will conduct market sizing, benchmarking and financial analysis, coordinate diligence, and craft clear written updates for investors and founders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, startup ops or strategy, or a founder's office.
• Direct exposure to fundraising, investor relations or LP communications.
• Exceptional written English and credibility on calls with senior investors.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising and LP support: draft updates, recaps and outreach, maintain the LP pipeline and create decks, one-pagers and newsletters.
• Research and diligence: build market maps, thematic research and investment theses, conduct primary research calls and support market sizing and financial analysis.
• Deal support: coordinate diligence, data requests and document tracking, keep cap tables and term sheets current.
• Written communication: translate meetings into accurate recaps and draft materials for LPs and co-investors.
