Deutsche Bank in Milan offers a 6-month internship focused on FX risk. You will analyse client risk exposures and support the development of tailored risk management strategies, while gaining exposure to flows across rates and commodities.

The program emphasizes collaboration with Corporate Finance and Capital Markets teams, documentation, onboarding, and client presentations, with English required and a monthly expense allowance with meal vouchers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with near completion of a Master's in Finance.
• A strong quantitative aptitude and keen interest in financial markets.
• Clear, accurate, and confident communicator comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Commercial acumen, self-motivated with a strong drive for new business opportunities.
• Prior Experience (Nice to have): Previous experience on a fixed income or macro products desk.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex client risk exposures and contribute to the development of tailored risk management strategies.
• Assist in cultivating strong client relationships through continuous, idea-driven coverage and customized updates on market developments.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Capital Markets professionals to originate new risk management business, supporting clients' strategic and geographic expansion initiatives.
• Gain exposure to all aspects of the trade process, including documentation, onboarding, credit approval, derivatives pricing, execution and restructuring.
• Support the preparation of compelling client presentations, financial statement analysis, and term sheets.
• Work closely with our Rates and Commodities desks, broadening your understanding of integrated risk solutions.
