GlaxoSmithKline cerca uno/a stagista per analizzare trend di dati e supportare le attivit del Sistema di Qualità nell’area Sterile. L’esperienza offrirà la possibilità di partecipare a progetti reali con impatto globale.

Lo stage si svolge in presenza, con possibilità di crescita professionale, formazione su processi di revisione documentale (MBR/EBR) e preparazione di presentazioni per incontri di Governance. Linguaggio di lavoro: inglese.

Competenze

• Studente o neolaureato in materie chimico-farmaceutiche, economiche o ingegneristiche.
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel (Pivot, grafici)
• Buona padronanza di PowerPoint e Word.
• Conoscenza di Power BI e strumenti automatizzati di analisi.

Mansioni

• Eseguire analisi e trend dei dati per monitorare qualità (DR, CR, CAPA) e prevedere scenari futuri nell’area Sterile.
• Guidare e diffondere gli aspetti del Sistema di Qualità all’interno della BU Sterile.
• Supportare l’Inspection Readiness: preparazione e partecipazione alle attività ispettive.
• Creare executive summary in inglese e preparare presentazioni di Governance.

Requisiti formativi: Student* o Neolaureat* in materie Chimico-Farmaceutiche, Economiche, Ingegneristiche con forte interesse e conoscenza per l’analisi ed elaborazione dei dati. Altri requisiti: conoscenza approfondita di Excel (tabelle Pivot e grafici), power point e word, Power BI/Automated tools; Requisiti linguistici: fluente in inglese e in italiano sia scritto che parlato Data di inizio presunta: Ottobre 2026 Durata: 6 mesi Data fine candidature: 9 Settembre 2026. Cosa farai? Eseguire Analisi e trend dati ai fini di monitorare gli aspetti di qualità (DR, CR, CAPA, …) ed effettuare dei trend teorici per valutare scenari futuri nell’area Sterile. Guidare tutte e diffondere gli aspetti del Sistema di Qualità all’interno della BU Sterile. Eseguire tutte le attività di supporto all’Inspection Readiness: preparazione e partecipazione attiva alle attività ispettive.

Cosa imparerai? Comprenderai il processo di revisione della documentazione di processo ( MBR / EBR ) e dell’approvazione dei lotti produttivi. Il supporto richiesto sarà progressivamente crescente sia nella autonomia dell’esecuzione attività, sia nella visione globale del reparto che dell’organizzazione. estrazioni dati; creazione degli executive summary (in lingua inglese) per riassumere tutti gli aspetti inerenti il controllo (robustezza e qualità) dei prodotti; preparazione presentazioni generali (esempio, agende) dei meeting di Governance partecipazione ai meeting di governance: prendere nota dei punti emersi durante il meeting e redazione di minute nei tempi richiesti.
