Deutsche Bank Italia cerca uno stagista IT nel Digital Banking per supportare il team Digital Channel nella definizione di roadmaps e requisiti.

Durante lo stage, imparerai a monitorare attività di delivery, collaborare con Product Manager, Development e Operations, e comprendere governance IT e regolamentazioni bancarie.

Inizio previsto a luglio; bonus: indennità mensile e buoni pasto.

Join in the internship program to support Digital Banking Team within the Digital Channel Area which is responsible for direct channels and remote selling services

Learning Objectives

• Learn how application strategy and technical roadmaps are defined, supporting the team in collecting inputs and documenting priorities.
• Support the monitoring of delivery activities, gaining exposure to planning, execution tracking and quality checks under team guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Development, Architecture, Operations and Sales teams to understand how business needs are translated into technical requirements.
• Develop awareness of architectural principles, IT governance practices and legal/regulatory requirements relevant to banking technology solutions.
• Support stakeholder communication by preparing meeting notes, tracking actions, and helping highlight risks, dependencies and open points.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, or a related STEM/business field
• Strong interest in digital banking, technology solutions, product management and the role of IT in supporting business processes
• Basic understanding of software applications, system integrations, data flows or technology architectures, developed through academic studies or project work.
• Curiosity to learn about IT governance, architectural principles, risk management and banking compliance/regulatory requirements.
• English proficiency at B2 level

Start Date: July, 6 months internship
