A leading luxury company in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage HR operations and support talent acquisition. You will be responsible for onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and acting as the main HR contact for employees and managers. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources or related field and 3-4 years of HR experience in a structured environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required. This role offers a temporary contract for 1 year.

Competenze

• 3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive mindset and capable of working independently.

• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes.

Conoscenze
