Kroll is seeking interns for its Forensic Investigation and Intelligence practice in Milan. You will support research, data organization and analysis to assist deal execution and client services. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential, with attention to cultural and political sensitivities.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, with a solid academic background and a willingness to learn across financial and accounting data review processes.

Navigating Responsibilities

• Carry out research by using databases, internet and public domain tools.
• Collating and organizing large volumes of data.
• Document and e-mail review and analysis.
• Interrogation of financial and accounting data.
• Assist Case Managers in using Excel and PowerPoint to provide diagrammatic and pictorial explanations to present key findings and patterns identified in the investigation.
• Organize case files, maintain accurate research records and record all billable costs.
• Provides additional administrative support to the team when requested.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in a third language is desirable, but not essential (Greek is a plus).
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Research and analytical skills - ability to gather, process and review a wide variety of information to produce high quality and thorough analysis.
• Ability to review and understand financial information is a plus
• Attention to detail.
• Report writing skills.
• Awareness of sensitivities of working in a variety of cultural and political environments.
