ETRO is seeking a Junior Interior Designer for its Flagship Store Home collection in Milan. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, showcasing the brand philosophy, and creating functional, harmonious interior spaces aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, contributing to sales targets through expert product knowledge, and supporting promotions or in-store events. A background in luxury furniture/home items and design studies is preferred.

ETRO is looking for a Junior Interior Designer in our Flagship Store Home collection in Milan.

Job Description:

To provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the sale of Home collection and and provide appropriate advice and solutions according to customer needs. You will act in line with the company's sales philosophy and service standards and within the framework of the guidelines received periodically from the boutique manager;
• Provide graphic representations by designing functional, comfortable, harmonious interior spaces and environments according to customer guidelines,
• Contribute to the achievement of assigned sales targets by providing appropriate customer service through timely and correct understanding of needs and by conveying expert knowledge of products, display and trends;
• Ensure customer reception, assistance and guidance during the purchasing process, maintaining a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Participate in and contribute operationally to special projects such as promotions or in-store events;
• Ensure the correct display of the product in the shop window and on the sales floor, maintaining the care and order of the shop.
• Participate in warehouse activities (receipt and storage of goods, inventories)

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury contexts dedicated to the sale of furniture and household items
• Curriculum studiorum in artistic/architecture/design subjects
• Knowledge of drawing/rendering applications
• Passion for the world of decoration and use of colours
• Knowledge of furnishing fabrics
• Contacts at architecture/interior designer firms
• Ability to work independently
• Salary Range: 26.000-35.000€
