Un'azienda multinazionale nel settore delle energie rinnovabili cerca un Interim Site Manager HV per gestire progetti di costruzione di impianti fotovoltaici. Richiesta laurea in ingegneria e almeno 5 anni di esperienza. Offriamo contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con possibilità di relocazione e auto aziendale.

Competenze

• Esperienza comprovata (5+ anni) nella gestione di cantieri fotovoltaici e/o elettrici HV.
• Conoscenza approfondita delle normative relative agli impianti HV.
• Disponibilità a trasferte e permanenza in cantiere.

Mansioni

• Coordinare le attività di costruzione sul sito.
• Supervisionare l’installazione di cabine primarie e trasformatori.
• Gestire i rapporti con subappaltatori e fornitori.

Overview

Join to apply for the Interim Site Manager HV - Fotovoltaico role at LHH.

Location: Bologna. Employment type: Temporary (12 months possible, with relocation and company car options).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction activities on the site, focusing on HV components (cabins, transformers, MV/AT lines).
• Supervise the installation of HV infrastructure and ensure interfaces with the engineering and commissioning teams.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and specialized technicians.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the commissioning team for the handover of plants.
• Interface with local authorities and grid operators for HV connections.
• Manage technical documentation and work permits.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or an equivalent technical diploma.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing photovoltaic construction sites and/or HV electrical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations relating to HV installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and project layouts.
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel and stay on site.

What is offered

Contract type: fixed-term or self-employed (P.IVA) for 12 months. Relocation and company car options available.
