Michael Page cerca un Quality Manager per guidare lo sviluppo e l'implementazione del sistema QEHS in un contesto manifatturiero internazionale nell'area di Udine.

Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza pluriennale in QHSE, conoscenza ISO 9001/14001/45001 e capacità di guidare cambiamento culturale su sicurezza e miglioramento continuo, collaborando con le funzioni operative. Contratto 12 mesi con prospettive future.

Qualifications

• Almeno 10 anni di esperienza progressiva in QHSE.
• Esperienza con ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
• Anni di esperienza in cambiamento di cultura della sicurezza.
• Conoscenza approfondita di normative UE e italiane e standard internazionali.
• Laurea magistrale in ingegneria, scienze ambientali, salute e sicurezza o gestione della qualità.

Responsibilities

• Guidare e assicurare che i processi QEHS siano stabiliti e mantenuti.
• Stabilire obiettivi e monitorare la road map annuale.
• Supportare le Operazioni con strumenti e metodologie per rischi e miglioramenti.
• Monitorare leggi e regolamenti QEHS e implementare misure.
• Pianificare e garantire audit interni/esterni e ispezioni QEHS.
• Raccogliere e riportare dati QEHS mensili.
• Analizzare dati storici QEHS per individuare aree di miglioramento.
• Partecipare ai gruppi QEHS a livello di gruppo.
• Gestire non conformità legate a qualità.
• Gestire COPQ per lo stabilimento.
• Eseguire audit ai fornitori quando necessario.
• Supportare la produzione su temi di qualità.
• Gestire test di qualificazione e rinnovi con fornitori esterni.
• Registrare e controllare attrezzature per la calibrazione.

Descrizione

• Drive and ensure that local processes needed for the QEHS Management System are established and maintained and train the organization in the Management System.
• Set targets and drive follow up of the annual road map/action plans to improve QEHS, aligned with EMEA strategy and plans.
• Support Operations with knowledge, tools, methods to facilitate site-specific risk reviews, problem solving and continuous improvements.
• Monitor laws and regulations linked to QHSE in the business, plan and support the implementation of necessary measures to meet current and future legislation.
• Plan, drive and ensure that internal and external audits and any other mandatory QEHS-related inspection or control are performed according to the plan.
• Systematically collect and report monthly QEHS data.
• Summarize and analyze historical QEHS related data and KPIs to be able to identify areas of improvement.
• Attend group-wide QEHS resource groups.
• Issue quality related non-conformity (internal, supplier and customer related) reports and follow up of these.
• Follow-up of COPQ for the site.
• Perform supplier audits where needed.
• Support production with Quality related topics.
• Follow-up and perform test qualifications and renewals in collaboration with external parties
• Register and control the equipment for calibration.

Profilo del Candidato

• Minimum 10 years of progressive QHSE experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Several years of Safety Culture change and development experience.
• Several years of technical and practical work experience and continuous improving of waste, water, energy and chemical management.
• Extensive knowledge, awareness and understanding of different relevant EU and Italian laws and regulations and of most widely used international standards
• Master's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health & safety, quality management or related field.

We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract, preferably on a freelance basis but we though we are also open to a fixed-term employment contract, with potential for the future.
