Position: Interim Back Office (Remote)

For a multinational company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we are seeking a Middle-level professional for the role of Interim Back Office. This role will be a key point of reference in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Medical Affairs team.

The position will be performed entirely remotely, working closely online with colleagues from Italy, Germany, and the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate activities of primary importance, working closely with an international team in a stimulating and evolving environment.
• Handle contracts and purchase orders related to medical events and advisory boards.
• Monitor the budget, focusing on the preparation and verification of monthly accruals, forecasts, and planning activities.
• Serve as the contact point between doctors, external agencies, and the travel department for logistics and coordination of medical events.
• Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure proper approval and management of contracts and payments.
• Support the organization and management of documentation related to events and advisory boards, maintaining an attentive and organized approach.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational or pharmaceutical contexts.
• Strong ability to manage priorities, with excellent relational and organizational skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
